PROJECT: Cell is an audio mod for PAYDAY 2 that will increase the amount of interaction between characters, formerly PROJECT Canary, PROJECT: Phoenix, and PROJECT: DeadLocke. This mod is a fresh retake on the project, and old features will be re-implemented gradually with updates, but for now, I need to see if the basic mechanics work as intended in the beta network.
Hello gents, the radio silence has been on for over ten months now. Project: DeadLocke has been defunct and scrambled. I'm the one to blame when it came to updating it and making it more destabilized as it is. Ever since Project: Canary started, more fellow heisters began to communicate more often instead of keeping radio silence. Of course, that network has seen better days, and no one knows why it became scrambled and broken. Project: Phoenix aimed to rebuild the network functionality from the ground up, but it became more of a hassle to keep it up to date for no reason. This new network I've been working on will be more maintainable and more effective in communicating with your fellow peers.
I need your help to see if all network functionality improvements are stable.

* Several bug fixes including other cell users joining. I might need people to help me test/stabilize network functionality just so I can make it less buggy.

* Added scripted events on Bank heist, Panic Room, and Diamond heist. The music and your character's voice intensity will go intense when going loud in those heists Death Wish or above.

* Restored narrator's civilian casualties dialogues. Before the narrator would play the same dialogue everytime a civilian was killed but now the narrator will get more irritated with more casualties. (Host only)
* Due to a lot of concerns of irritation of this mod, unnmodded cell players will now have the ability to be excluded from hearing the new voice lines. All they have to do is type in the chat "!cell_mute" and they will no longer hear the new voice lines. NOTE: This does not include more varied version of the vanilla voice lines. Example: unmodded cell users, regardless of being excluded from the mod, will still hear more varied version of the inpire lines.

**Make sure to first have SuperBLT installed. Click the link in the dependency list.**

1. After downloading the mod, use a program such as [7zip](https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or [WinRAR](https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) to extract the main folder of the mod.
2. Drop that folder into the `mods` folder which is supposed to be in the game's installation folder (don't know where that is? click [here](https://wiki.modworkshop.net/books/payday-2/page/finding-payday-2s-install-folder))
