Replaces the difficulty names with their counterparts from the older Call of Duty games, including descriptions.

Normal - Very Hard is Recruit, with + and ++ for each harder one.
Overkill and Mayhem are Regular and Regular+, respectively.
Death Wish is Hardened.
Death Sentence is Veteran.
