Removes the muzzle flash from guns in both first and third person views.
I could only find Eightan's No Muzzle Flash mod, but it only removed it from the first person view.

This helps make the game more accessible for those with photosensitivity issues, or make it more aesthetically pleasing for those who just don't want muzzle flashes on their guns.

To install this mod, extract the ZIP file to PAYDAY 2/assets/mod_overrides.
