Made for user Kaji Kaldaka, the lucky winner of a raffle for a custom-made perk deck of their design!
The Kingslayer is a self-imposed title, but it's well earned. When the masses get fed up and go on strike, the Kingslayer opts for a more direct approach when it comes to redistribution of wealth.
Kingslayers love to get into the thick of it, fighting out in the open. They're not shy and will fight until there's a clear victor.
### Perk Cards:
1. Bad Manners
Whenever you kill an enemy, you gain a stack of Bad Manners.
For every stack of Bad Manners you have, you deal +2% damage, up to a maximum of 20%.
All stacks decay after 6 seconds. This stack timer refreshes whenever you kill an enemy.
Note: Damage bonus applies only to primary and secondary weapons. Does not apply to Bows, Crossbows, Grenade Launchers/Rocket Launchers, Flamethrowers, or Saws.
3. Grit
For every stack of Bad Manners you have, you gain +2% damage resistance, up to a maximum of 20%.
5. Police Brutality
Your second and each consecutive melee hit within 1 second of the last one will deal 10 times its normal damage.
In addition, your melee strikes are 75% faster.
7. Rise Up
Whenever you kill an enemy, you regain 2% of your maximum health.
This cannot occur more than once every 2 seconds.
You are 15% more likely to be targeted when you are close to your crew members.
9. Combat Stims
Unlocks and equips the Kingslayer Syringe. Changing to another deck will make the Kingslayer Syringe unavailable again. The Kingslayer Syringe replaces your current throwable, is equipped in your throwable slot, and can be switched out if desired.
While in game you can use your throwable key to activate the Kingslayer Syringe.
While the Kingslayer Syringe is active, your weapons are 80% more accurate.
In addition, while the Kingslayer Syringe is active, for every 2 shots you fire, you gain a +1% fire rate bonus to your weapons, up to a maximum of +50%
The Kingslayer Syringe lasts for 15 seconds with a 45 second cooldown. Each enemy you kill will reduce the cooldown by 1 second.
