Tools for playing high crime spree(1 mil+), disables cs rewards, everyone in the lobby must have the mod or health/damage scaling will be broken. Additonally allows going beyond ~3.7mil CS, which crashes in the vanilla game.

Meant for masochists who play challenge runs.
