There is two(2) folders one is for the skin of the drill so you need to put it in modoverrides folder, the other is to make the drill jams more frequently so you need to put it in mods folder.
Wish Drill mod_overrides is the folder to retexture the drill.
Wish Drill mods is the folder to make the drill jam more often.
