Renames difficulty to Names of Bosses and Their Respective Theme's

This is my first time doing anything .LUA related so sorry if dogshit :/.

Check Images for the new names (Can't be arsed to type them out idc enough) and what difficulty they go to. P.S. its in order of appearence from the game, so RAY is Easy and Armstrong is Death Sentence.
