What is this?

This is a pack that includes all my highlight mods and a few more created by other modders on the internet and here on MWS.

The .zip file contains 5 folders:

• Important Enemies
  • Will highlight security cameras, flashbangs and any enemy considered necessary for the heist to progress.
• Important NPC
  • Will highlight civilians carrying important items and considered necessary for the heist to progress.
• Loot
  • Will highlight most types of loot, including loose loot, money, gold, coke, weapons, ATM, etc.
• Misc Items
  • Will highlight items required for completing achievements, safe house trophies or that might be considered very useful during the heist.
• Mission Items
  • Will highlight important items considered necessary for the heist to progress.

You can extract all folders and have all highlights enabled or extract only the ones you want.

Known bugs:

• Alesso heist is stuck at 99% on loading screen.
  • Reason: You don't have BeardLib installed or it's outdated. This happens because the marked doors highlights requires beardlib in order to work.
• Marking cameras disables their highlights.
  • Reason: Unlike enemies and civilians, cameras doesn't have a function to turn low quality when seen from afar, which is what Highlighter requires for working with markable stuff.
• Dragon Heist and Crude Awakening crowbars won't get highlighted unless you get near one.
  • Reason: The game highlights it automatically when you get close to it.
• Prison Nightmare hidden pumpkin will also highlight the trophy in your safehouse.
  • Reason: The files are the same.
• ATMs will stay highlighted even after they're open.
  • Reason: The files are the same.
• Enter The Gungeon statues will also highlight the trophies in your safehouse.
  • Reason: The files are the same.
• The vial centrifuges are not getting highlighted from the start of the heist
  • It only gets highlighted after you trigger the blood samples validation objective and after you get near it for the first time.
• Buluc's Mansion churro will also highlight the churro asset in Breakfast In Tijuana.
  • Reason: The files are the same.
• The White House secret will have your murky uniforms highlighted when you get out of the elevator.
  • Reason: The files are the same.
• The important NPC highlights also adds contour to some useless civilians in a few other heists.
  • Reason: The files are the same.
• The infected patient in No Mercy has only his tattoo highlighted.
  • Reason: Highlighting the patient's whole body would affect all 3 patients. Highlighting only the tattoo points which one is the correct patient.
• Goat Simulator planks won't have the white color.
  • Reason: Only way I've found to make the highlight work with those planks.
• 8th anniversary statue for Rats will only highlight it's base.
  • Reason: Highlighting the whole object would cause texture glitches and keep it unhighlighted.
• A mega sangres mask gift box is not getting highlighted on San Martín Bank.
  • Reason: It spawns inside a white van on the street and will only get highlighted once you open it.

FAQ

Q: Is this mod still getting updated?
A: Yes. This mod will get updated whenever a new item worth of being highlighted is released. I accept feedback and ideas for new highlights too.

Q: Can you highlight:

• safes
• diamond heist saphires display cases
• birth of sky money bundles
• circuit boxes
• goats

A: No. Those items can't get highlighted with the methods I use and each has their own reasons so don't bother asking. Comments related to this will be ignored and deleted.

Q: Where should I install it?
A: Read the install instructions tab. Comments related to this will be ignored and deleted.

Q: Can you make a function to toggle highlights on and off?
A: No. Comments related to this will be ignored and deleted.

Q: The mod doesn't work.
A: The mod works just fine. Comments related to this will be ignored and deleted.
If it doesn't work for you then:

• You installed in the wrong folder.
• You extracted the folders from the .zip file into one folder.
• You didn't read the install instructions tab.
