Makes enemies on DW- do DS damage, Good for those who want to get into DS but don't want to deal with bullet sponges (This is sarcasm by the way apparently people don't get that) or those who prefer the look of lower difficulty cops, also those who play with low difficulty teammates and don't want to use a shit build to challenge themselves. (or their shit builds aren't bad enough to make low difficulties a challenge...)
NOTE: Untested on DS, theoretically this mod should have no effect on DS, but if there is, idk how to fix it...

NOTE 2: Normal and Hard difficulties do not have a Maximum Force Responder or Heavy equivilant that isn't used elsewhere, as such those difficulties are untested, theoretically the cops on those difficulties do 67.5 damage, with no 225 damage lasers, but I'm not sure... Very hard, Overkill, Mayhem and Deathwish should all work.

NOTE 3: Does not affect health or accuracy, lower difficulties are still easier as a result than true DS, it's just that MFRs will do 225 damage on very hard, this also does not touch dozers or medics, gangsters, or cloakers.

NOTE 4: Does not test for weapon type at the moment... if I figure out how though I may consider making specials have DS damage... Kingpin mains will not be safe...
