I like using auto pistols, but they just shoot waaaay too fast. I want them slower.

There's 2 different files - one of them makes every auto pistol have mirrored stats, with a fire rate of 300 (450 with Gun Nut) and damage of 62. The second puts a bit of variety between fire rates and damage, but still slows them down a lot.
