Bonus Loot Gives Proper XP

There are a lot of heists in Payday 2 that either don't give extra XP for securing extra loot, or don't give much for such loot. This mod aims to fix this, adding XP to a lot of bonus loot that didn't have it, and boosting the XP reward of some other loot to help make some heists more worthwhile when it comes to time vs. XP. Inspired by (and based upon) this mod made by kenaz.
Reward Table: (values in terms of base XP)
- Golden Grin Casino: Money, = 500 XP each, Paintings = 1000 XP each, Dentist's Loot = 500 XP each (normally 250)
- Big Oil: Money, Coke, and Weapons = 1000 XP each
- Bank Heist (All): Money and Gold = 1000 XP each
- Border Crossing: Meth = 1000 XP each (normally 500), Roman Armor = 1500 XP each (normally 500, totals 6000 like Shadow Raid)
- Diamond Heist: Diamonds = 1000 XP each (normally 400), Sapphires = 250 XP each
- Firestarter (Day 1): Money = 1000 XP each
- Firestarter (Day 3): Money and Gold = 1000 XP each
- Four Stores: Jewelry = 1000 XP each
- Ukranian Job: Jewelry = 500 XP each
- Rats (Day 2): Money = 1000 XP each
- Slaughterhouse: Pig = 1000 XP each
- Election Day (Day 2): Money = 1000 XP each, Gold = 500 XP each
- Election Day (Plan C): Money = 500 XP each
- Breakfast in Tijuana: Coke and Weapons = 1000 XP each
- Buluc's Mansion: Coke = 1000 XP each (normally 500), Weapons = 600 XP each (normally 500)
- All Escapes: Any Loot = 500 XP each
