Every pistol grip in the game that is considered engraved (A total number of 5) has been changed, so they will not give you any stat boost or penalty and they do not cost anything.
Extract archive content to "mods" folder. Without "Attachment Descriptions", it will not function (Link at Dependencies & Instructions tab).
