If you play in "Medium or High" resolutions, download the following file: "V. without dialog boxes" (fix bugs in medium-high resolutions) and replace them with the ones that are already in the base folder
If you play in low resolutions (like me) you don't need to download that file :)

The only error that I could not fix is the "crimenet" menu. For some reason since I updated the "Menu Backgrounds" it looks bad if you play in medium or high. ( °□°)
I made variants of some menus, if you want to try them download the file:
"Variants of -lobby and briefing-"
I compressed the files as best I could, so it shouldn't affect game performance.
HOW TO INSTALL:
Just unzip the main file in:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\mods\Menu Backgrounds\Assets
If you want for example the v2 of the lobby, move that file to the folder "COD ZOMBIES" and rename it to lobby.movie
