This mod change gameplay system — slow motion, when you put on mask or you was been downed in "Payday 2". You can change force, work time and other of slow time
I know — "Sоra" could add other languages in his mod, but better I do this myself (4 yers latter)

Just drop in "mods" folder.
For change language just open list-for-choosing (click on active-language), choose the option you want and restart game
