This mod combines code from LazyOzzy, Eightan (https://modworkshop.net/mod/26652) and fragtrane (https://modworkshop.net/mod/25509) to provide a simple ECM timer that can display whole seconds or tenths, shows whether the active ECM blocks pagers, works with pocket ECMs, is only visible during stealth, prioritizes pager-blocking time, and turns red when time is almost up. I made it for myself really, wanting those features combined into one, and figured I may as well share it.

I've also added automatic chat messages for ECM start / no pager block / low time remaining / end.
These can be toggled individually, default to being Off, and can be set to be private messages for yourself while host/client.

KNOWN ISSUE: Clients don't have access to whether or not an ECM blocks pagers, so it simply checks if the ECM is 30 seconds long. Technically, you can have a 25 second ECM that blocks pagers by skipping ECM Overdrive Basic. If you're a freak. Or not infamous. Who knows what those crazy kids will do.
