INCLUDES QUICKCHAT ON INFORMATIVE VOCALIZATIONS like "pick up that pager" and "follow me", inspired by PD2QC: https://modworkshop.net/mod/30917
It defaults to being Off.
I believe that a good vocalizer can add a ton of humor, as well as a ton of information sharing potential, to any game. And PAYDAY 2 seemed to be in desperate need of a radial one.
This mod adds L4D2-style radial menus to play voice lines. Right-click closes the menu; letting go of your hotkey plays whatever your mouse is over; and if you don't move your mouse, it defaults to the top-most option, so you can also treat those menus as just a single-SFX hotkey. The menu being open doesn't block keyboard input, so you can open it while answering a pager or such.
The default choices are basically what I had bound to individual keys using Basic Voices Reborn Rebirthed, and the menus all have a general theme. If you have suggestions for more menus, or more individual SFX (although you can use it in conjunction with BVRR), let me know. It should also be pretty easy to tweak the defaults or add more menus for your own personal version if you have basic Lua knowledge.
PLEASE USE RESPONSIBLY!!!

i feel like someone should make a version of this that acts almost the same as the left for dead ones,
radial 1, radial 2, radial 3 with each having things similar to how l4d2 has it, or maybe im blind
Like Laugh up top, Argh on the right and stuff? I'm not sure there's enough parallels with what voicelines PD2 has for that to match close enough, but I might look into it as another way for people to use the mod without binding their entire numpad like I have.
@Buurazu oh my god than ky ou
also yeah, pretty much
it'd probably nbeed to be editted a little, but something like that
