This mod is not much important, but here's what it does:
Fixes some Blood Impact Effects for some Enemies (i.e. Almost every single Russian Responder on Boiling Point that isn't the FBI-Tier+ Heavy, or the Specials)
Adjusts some of their unit files "in an attempt" to get appropriate animations (i.e. Ernesto Sosa)
Adjusts their object files to use the correct culling object (i.e. Hector)
May or may not give them appropriate weapons (i.e. FBI Safehouse Guards)
Adjusts some of their unit files to use correct sequences (i.e. Secret Service Agents with Flashlights now turn off their light when dead, just like the Murkies and Safehouse Guards)
