This is a port of one of those funny vtubers that propably everyone knows about, oh well.

This port features full glove support along with masks support

The character shown in the mod was ported within possibilities of diesel engine modding, made with znixian's model tool!
Installation: Drop the folder from the archive to your mod_overrides folder, example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides

You'll find Amelia in the outfits tab inside your inventory.
