Do you hold fond memories of the Bliss background? Me too.

Do you hold fond memories of the Windows XP installer music? Neither do I. We had no sound card. I just like the tune.
This piece of prodigy was part of multiple Microsoft products, including the install segment of Windows XP.

Background goes into PAYDAY 2\mods\Menu Backgrounds\Assets, music goes into PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides.

i put it in the correct folder with the background mod but it hasnt worked. there is no other background mod active, but it doesnt show up
