Both versions of the mod can be installed with Diesel Bundle Modder.
For help with installing mods with this tool, check PD:TH Modding Guide. Go to chapter named How to install mods for Payday 2/Payday: The Heist and start from Step 1.

Original version of the mod can be installed straight away, without any other action.

For the Version 2 of the mod:

• DLC needs to be installed manually, get it here.
• DAHM mod framework is required to see the masks in game.
  NOTE: If you've already had original version of the mod installed and want to install pmp1 DLC version, you will need to uninstall first.
