We already have enough black suits in the game, how about wearing something brighter?

As a basis, I used the corrected version of the suit by Matthelzor, since my DBV for some reason does not show any new files, respectively, I cannot edit them, I simply cannot see them (all files since the Border Crossing update). If Matthelzor asks me to remove this mod, I will do so as soon as I see the message.
