Various tweaks to the UI / HUD icons to make things more defined and clear, such as equipment icons, panel icons, and pickups / interactable icons. This also adds color to a few Crime.NET icons for quicker identification of Loud or Stealth lobbies.

Should be compatible with other HUD mods like VoidUI or VanillaHUD Plus, really anything that doesn't overwrite the textures here.

To install, place folder in assets/mod_overrides.
