Allows you to set a keybind to reload BLT while in the main menu.
Very useful for testing / debugging menus, keybinds, or anything that functions in the main menu, so that you dont have to restart Payday 2. It's also useful if you don't have SImple Mod Updater, as it allows you to "restart" Payday 2 after a mod updates.
To be clear, this will only work in the main menu of Payday 2. If you need to test something while in-game, joining / restarting a heist will reload BLT, which beats having to restart Payday 2.
