Restores the Cloakers idle noise back when the cloaker first came out for the Gage Weapon Pack #02.

Example:
This mod will not work if you have another mod already affecting regular_sfx.bnk.
Credit to Redflame for the old Regluar.sfx file!

Also yeah, the cloaker wasn't in the game when it came out. He came out in a DLC. However the cloaker was free for everyone.
