Inspired by https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCRumdDLFj0 Makes you cough (send a chat message and play a cough sound effect) if you have the "Virus" achievement. You can choose to send a "\*cough\*" chat message when you cough. (Disabled by default) You can also choose to have yourself or teammates cough depending on whether or not they have the Virus achievement. The way this mod uses to check for others' achievements involves the use of the Steam API (ISteamUserStats/GetPlayerAchievements); as such, it is reliant on the visibility setting of other players' Steam profiles, and will not be able to check the status of other players if their profiles are set to private or friends-only. This will not apply to you if you have this mod, as AchievmentManager \[sic] is able to check the achievements of the local player, so the mod does not need to send an API request for your own stats. ### FAQ: Q: Why? A: I don't know. Q: This is super annoying chat spam. A: If you are the person with the mod, you can turn off the chat option. Otherwise, PAYDAY 2 has a "mute" feature that will let you mute other players in the in-game text chat. I recommend using it if you're bothered. (Frankly, I would be too.)
