Inspired by FishTaco's Message Sound mod. He's fallen off the face of the planet, so if he decides to show up again and tell me to take this down, I'll do so.

Adds a short noise (a ping, if you will) when receiving a chat message.
Useful for VR, or if you just like having a sound cue when someone sends a chat message.

With the basic version, you can choose from a list of 7 sounds:

• Preplanning Zoom-In
• Preplanning Zoom-Out
• Menu Error
• Open Menu
• Close Menu
• Finalize Mask
• Invest Skill Points

There's also an alternate version that has 4 custom, replaceable sounds. They can be overwritten using this template:

By default, the custom sounds are:

• Steam Message
• Discord Ping
• The Kill-Confirmed Noise from CS:GO's Arms Race
• TF2's default hitsound

I've also created a German localization, though I can't speak for its quality. My German is, for lack of a better phrase, quite shit.
