This is a port of Tyrael, one of the characters from Heroes of the Storm, this particular port also includes Tyrael's El'druin Sword.

All the masks and gloves are supported (you'll see an icon on the character skin with the glove icon that is intended for glove usage)

The character shown in the mod was ported within possibilities of diesel engine modding, made with znixian's model tool!
Installation: Drop the folder from the archive to your mod_overrides folder, example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides

You'll find Tyrael in the outfits tab inside your inventory.
