In fact this is an enhanced version of andole's ECM time left in chat

Features:

• Writes a ECM ending message with informing about next player who places ECM by the lobby order at the time you set (2.5 - 29 sec)
• There is check is player's ECM is delaying pagers, mod will ask player to place ECM only if he has upped ECM
• Writes a pECM(pocket ECM) ending message with informing about next player who uses pECM by the lobby order at the time you set (0.5 - 5 sec)(one by one: 1 green - 1 blue - 1 red - 1 orange, and again 1 green - 1 blue - 1 red - 1 orange)
• If there is custom_value of pECM's for each of the custom_value of players then anounce, that ecm round ended and pECM round is next
• If team's pECM's ended, will write in chat who place ECM next by the lobby order
• And vice versa If team's ECM's ended, will write in chat who use pECM next by the lobby order
• Announce last ECM/pECM(that is, the device)
• You can change reciever of message(all / player who's turn it is / only you / nobody)
• Announcing used device in chat(can be toggle)
• If in lobby few mod users mod will selects the smallest peer id belonging to the user of the mod with priority on the config " all". and only he will send messages to all players without the mod
• You can customize all texts, values
