As I was working on my weeb mod I had to find all (or most of) the glass breaking soundeffects in Payday 2.

So far I can say I found almost all of them: had to look through 2217 soundfiles in the soundbanks\streamed\regularsfx folder.
I have gone through it like 3-4 times so it is fairly correct and well-collected (although some sfxs mitght be missing).

1. The files are in wav. format, so when you have your own soundeffects covert them to wav. format first.
2. Copy the original files numbers and replace the name of your own files with the numbers.
3. Then using the sound tool (linked above), encode them with the bat. file: it will convert them into .stream file which Payday uses and reads.
4. Make sure the path is still the same : *\soundbanks\streamed\regular_sfx* your own files here
5. Rename the "example" folder name with the name of your choise
6. Put your whole folder into Payday2/assets/mod_overrides folder and you good to go
