Put it in the mod folder

Every contract cost is set to 0 and the shown reward is 0 but you can change it if you want.

I couldn't make the other work, As said before I don't really know how to code. My guess is that it tries to call values which need the first day to work or some value (Big oil, Framing frame, Watchdogs). I don't know how to fix that. As for Election day I can't find what doesn't work as it just doesn't appear in the menu.
