Replaces the GenSec faction with improved, bugfixed versions of the DW FBI Elite models I worked on for ResMod's LAPD faction. I felt as if someone would appreciate these, and decided it'd be okay to release these publically with permission as a replacement to the default GenSec guys for those "odd" fellows who like tacticalness being on their deathsquads!
The rationale for these guys existing, atleast in Resolve Modification was GenSec's lack of influence on the west-coast fluffwise. So instead of GenSec, you'd get FBI elites sent in to enforce the law, or something like that. We designed em' to look more sleek, stylish, and much more tactical than the default GenSec so that they fit engagements in more HEAT-filled climates. ;)

#### [color=#dbc3a3]Light Units[/color]
The light units roll in rockin' camo, slightly rolled up sleeves, and commandos, which gives em' more of a sleek, tactical style. They now wear more stylish, tactical-er brown gloves. I saw that shit in Battlefield 3 and 4 and I was just like "that'll look cool" and went ahead and did it. They've also gotten shoulderpads on their models as to make them look more armored than default, better reflecting that they're higher difficulty fuckers who aren't exactly the least vulnerable to damage. Their ugly airframes have also been replaced with much better looking Opscore helmets (god bless you, Jim) that take **epic** to the next level... well almost to the next level. Maybe it's the upper echelon or something? Idunno where I was going with this.
Oh yeah, incase the screenshots didn't make it obvious, they also uh... have reflective glass on their goggles. This shouldn't decrease performance *too* much, as it fades away when you get far from them. They're not really... *that* optimized besides their lods. I went kinda crazy with them. Will your performance and game shit the bed? Probably not - I've been unable to find any adverse effects relating to performance with these but I can't exactly speak for everyone. They're too fucking cool and I can't find ways to improve them further so er. Yah. I might make a non-reflective glass addon later, but er. Yah.
Riflemen can be seen showing up to battle with their faces exposed with super tactical ~~clout~~ commando goggles on. They're super inspired by the Battlefield 3 Beta assault class, and rock HK416s to battle. (if you don't want the HK416s cause you're using another replacement or something, delete the HK416 NPC WEAPON folder from mod_overrides. if you want the HK416s for more tactical looking Gensec Doos, just do the opposite and delete teh enemy replacement folder instead in mod_overrides.)
Shotgunners have their pants rolled up and their chest rigs completely changed as to distinguish themselves from normal guys. They too have exposed faces, and show up with quad-nvgs resting atop their helmet to battle as to give them some head distinction. Don't ask why the bungees aren't tied around the NVGs. It looks fucking rad okay.
UMP guys now pull up with backwards caps, tucked in pants, and covered faces. They lack anything on their rig besides a pouch on their right lovehandle, but besides that? They're considerably lighter foes, which matches with vanilla's design consistency for them.

#### [color=#4CA64C]Heavy Units[/color]
The heavies however, are much more beefed-up than their lower difficulty counterparts. Their bodies have much more pouches on them as to make them look more resilient, and their helmet has been replaced with a really big, fat visor that covers most of their face. As ugly as it looks, it's better than the Altyn Hybrid:tm: I fucking despise.
Heavy Shotgunners can be seen wearing a ballistic facemask, goggle, and opscore combo - they give off that super-tactical ~~deathsquad~~ law enforcement vibe while looking P. stylish. Additionally, they wear shells around their important bits - as they should. ~~They also have a plumper, juicier behind than the heavy riflemen.~~ Bih Yah!

#### [color=#fc0303]Specials[/color]
Skulldozer now have a green, desert camo over them to help them look consistent with the rest of the faction's color. The iconic GenSec Skull has been replaced with ~~a wholesome 100 birb~~ an eagle skull to signify PATRIOTISM!!!! (thx rino for the textures XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD) Additionally, the operator of the suit has been replaced with a familiar face you may know from a certain other Payday game ;).
The shield now has a ballistic mask and Opscore. Yah.

* I actually fucking love GenSec. In an ideal world, I'd have these guys respond *instead* of GenSec on certain heists that don't *exactly* pertain to corporate interests - think heists like Heat Street, Hoxton Breakout, Cook Off, Rats, Big Oil, etc. I know it's possible because Rokk's mod has it, but I'm not sure how Rokk's mod will interact with folks who use skins and stuff like that, cause Rokk had to bundle in the default files in there too. Very "odd".
* I spent centuries improving these models from the initial resmod release. did you know I kinda half baked them together when resmod went gold? yeah. they're riddled with tons of issues that I never really fixed in gold release. i hope to fix them by next hotfix, but uh... that may or may not be happening. I'm not too sure!
* This mod was only released to appeal to those uh... those kinds of people who like really tactical stuff. you know the ones i'm talking about ;)
* I'm not actually too happy with the reflective glass on these guys - perhaps I'll make a non-reflective glass version, who fuckin' knows!
* the heavy rifleman visor looks like shit. yeah i don't care, i might change it sometime in the future
* there are actually a bunch of tiny little men running around rapidly in my head thats how i think
* i fucking hate the commando goggles on the rifleman. shoudl i replace them with Gunnar:tm: Optiks? probably not
* I'm not lying about the crossed out stuff relating to the Heavy Shotgunner in the description. Seriously, go look now and see the difference.
