Document SCP-294b (regarding incident SCP-294-02 and SCP-038-01): On August 8, 2020, both Site-23 and Site-19 were each raided by eight armed groups of recruits or members of the Chaos Insurgency. Due to lack of security at the time and prior security convoys being ambushed on their way to both sites, it was a successful raid conducted by the Insurgency with a total of ██ high value anomalies stolen especially SCP-294 and SCP-038.
An immediate joint effort was established between the Foundation and Global Occult Coalition with agreements, specifying the retrieval and/or destruction if necessary, of each stolen anomaly.
