Adds a small speed tracker to the HUD.
This may be disabled by other HUD mods if conflicts arise.

You can customize the mod somewhat by editing the included hudmanagerpd2.lua file. Instructions are included.
Editable parameters include:

• Rounding to nearest [integer]
• Average time interval for measurement [float]
• Decimal places to display [integer]
• Leading zeroes [integer]
• HUD Element Label (eg. "SPEED:") [string]
• Number text suffix (eg. " cm/s" after the speed number) [string]
• Spedometer Width and Height [float]
• Spedometer Horizontal and Vertical position [float]
• Font size [float]
• Text color [hex string]
• Text horizontal margin [float]
