Oh look, another Perks Rebalancing mod. Aims to reign in the power of various Perk Decks while also giving some love to weaker ones.

--Ammo and Health now supply allies with 75% of what you get, up from 50%.
-Reverted Crew Chief.
--Removed the passive 3% Health Regen from the deck.
-Fixed the description of multiple perk decks.
--Maniac's Outburst Perk states the initial +10% armor. Armor values remain unchanged.
--Anarchist's deck descriptions have been fixed. Blitzkreig Bop states what it's supposed to, and Straight Edge corrects the data it is supposed to show. Oopsie.
--Biker got it's missing period back!
--Sicairo's Twitch description now matches how it works in the mod.
--Fixed Hacker's 5th and 9th perk descriptions to now list that addtional dodge the deck actually gives.

Lust for Life: Armor Regen reduced from 30 to 20.
Straight Edge/Death or Glory/Rise Above: Converted Armor reduced from 100/110/120 to 100/105/110. Cooldown increased from 1.5s to 2s.
--Tag Team
Gas Dispenser: Distance for activation increased from 18m to 25m. Duration decreased from 12s to 10s. Kill extension increased from 1.3s to 1.5s.
Synergy: Increased damage absorption cap from 20 to 40.
--Stoic
Virtue: Now converts armor to health and unlocks the Hip Flask.
Unmoved: Now grants the 75% damage over time.
Calm: Now grants the cooldown buff.
Imperturbable: Now grants the 4 second timer for DoT curing.

1. After downloading the mod, use a program such as [7zip](https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or [WinRAR](https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) to extract the main folder of the mod.
