Changes Difficulty names to the one from Entry Point (roblox game)

Is not accurate, this is because EP difficulties dont match up with Payday's difficulties
Since idk if its possible to remove a difficulty, or even if it was possible it would break a lot of things, i just duplicated some strings and or made something entirely up like Tutorial difficulty for Normal you could pretend Normal is The Freelancer's difficulty as its a tutorial mission
