Changes the indoor guards of Buluc's mansion to the Border Crossing guard model. Also includes a slight face change for aesthetic differentciation purposes.

Why they used the American Secret Service guard model I will never know.

Note: the desk cellar guard is set to spawn as the US Secret Service unit instead of the mansion guard unit, so he will still be a secret service agent that speaks english with an english pager :\
