A major rework of the Boat Load holdout map, designed for a new, yet fairer challenge!

It's storming! Rain effects, a completely new environment, lightning flashes, thunder cracks, and raincoats have all been added to this heist.
Enemy spawns and cover layouts have been reworked. The player has less cover near the hostage to discourage camping the hostage herself, but enemy spawns have been delayed and spread out more. Enemies that climb out of the water have been removed, and the ship directly behind the warehouse has been replaced by two ships on both sides of the dock. Enemies mostly spawn from the roadside now, changing the way the heist plays drastically.
New events, such as sniper spawns surrounding the area and cloaker waves, along with fixes for the existing events (Locke actually announces when tear gas is dropped now!)
Just for fun, the containers no longer have invisible walls on them, so you can parkour to your leisure!
