Extract and put the folder under (whatever)\PAYDAY 2\mods.

Note:

Murkys will trigger this mod even in STEALTH. If you want to play Shadow Raid or what, disable this mod,or shoot the flashbangs before they explode, if you like. Normal security guard will not trigger this.
