**Buffs Firerate to *680

**Buffs Damage to *60

**Buffs accuracy to *40

**Buffs stability to *60

**Nerfs concealment to *18

**Nerfs ammo pick up to 7-12

Also puts it into the lmg catagory so it no longer receive assualt rifle buffs from skills
