Heel's Island runs like garbage at points, so here's some texture squishing to maybe force it to run a little easier. Or at the very least allow it to load faster. Most textures are now 1/2 to 1/4 their original size, normalmaps included. Now with mipmaps, thanks for that, Lusien. This only affects textures in the Hell's Island heist, so any textures not included with this file will remain the same (ex: Murkywater Crates, clothing piles, etc). Includes an optional folder for lower-res blood splats. Drag folder(s) into assets/mod_overrides. ~~overkill pls optimize~~
