If you don't want to change character stats just give yourself the rat's items. This is just to make it easier for some.

There isn't much special about this. Just a faster way to use the robot base as the rat to play with rats stuff.

I can't use simple stats personally for some reason. So I can't 100% verify that the 5% from junk is still stacking. If someone that does please let me know I'll post it up here and recognize the person that gave the information.
