the office monitors you see in heists like ukrainian job/jewelry store and diamond store have a serious problem with their material_config file: they're self-illuminated, and using the diffuse texture as the self-illumination texture. not only is this improperly set up, but it also caused the monitors to look really out of place. this fixes that by bringing back the self-illumination texture from old builds of pd2. (pre-u10)

has 2 versions: with the screen pixel graphics enabled and one without. requires beardlib since the self-illumination texture the monitor used to have is no longer in the game files.
