Prevents the H3 Pack characters (ecp_male and ecp_female) from being selected to be random AI heisters.

This mod patches the game in a dumb and invasive way so maybe it breaks some other mod.

You can edit the source code to disable/enable AI heisters (it's the first 25 lines of Inject.lua). Maybe I'll add an options menu for it some day. Just make sure to leave at least 3 allowed heisters or else the game will crash when you enter a heist.
