Changes:

• using a layout based off of movie_street
• fixed 1 helicopter event
• made a unique cubemap for the level
• added 1 new sniper spawn
• moved the negoitator instance so the megaphone guy sounds like he's coming from the underpass
• removed the 3 swat vans infront of the entrance to inkwell and moved their related spawns to the swat vans past the underpass on easy street

How to install:

drop the skm_heat_street folder inside the zip archive inside your PAYDAY 2/Maps folder.
