Adds more specific outfits to heists. Overkill decided to not update their locked outfit system because they bring outfit change system into game. I rather have more locked ones, probably due nostalgia comes from PAYDAY: The Heist. Also replaces Sneaking suit with Legacy Tactical, because it's superior.
Requires SuperBLT & BeardLib. Drag and drop it to mods folder. For compatibility, I don't know but it's so small that probably doesn't hurt stuff.
Framing Frame 1 & 3, Election Day 1 & 2 - Correct Choice, Rats 1 & 3, Watchdogs, Firestarter 1 & 2, Big Oil, Bomb Heists, Armored Transport Heists, Shadow Raid, Hoxton Revenge, Meltdown, Point Break Heists and few more heists will use Legacy Tactical outfit.
Christmas Heists will use Winter Parka (except GO Bank).
Golden Grin Casino and Yacth Heist will use Tuxedo.
