MOTD sends an automatic message in chat to all players who connect to your lobby. This mod is only active if you are the host!
The message can span multiple lines, in which case each line will be sent as a separate chat message,
Alternatively, you can choose for the mod to pick one of the lines at random to send to each player who joins.
Please note when installing that there is no message set by default, so until such time as you set a message yourself, the mod will not send any chat message to players who join your lobbies.
To set an MOTD, you can either:
Edit the file at mods/saves/motd.txt (recommended)
Install Quick Keyboard Input (linked in the Dependencies and Instructions page) and use the menu button
This mod supports updates via BeardLib. (BeardLib is not required to use the MOTD mod itself.)
