With this mod, the face and skin textures of enemies are randomized, allowing for facial (and racial) variety of existing enemies!
Enemies will randomize between their vanilla faces, faces added by the parent mod as well as the new faces added by this mod.
The True Heads edition is the same as the normal version of the mod with one big catch: enemies have had their default face models changed entirely as to look more distinct from one another. The whole "new model" per face thing was an uh... misunderstanding. It actually just swaps out the existing head for a new model, and adds an entirely new head for race-swapped facial variants.
Additionally, the true heads edition of the mod comes with some slight model tweaks for the LAPD.

I made this a separate mod from the original mod due to its massive file size. All the other (non-randomized) changes from the mod are also included. I left the original mod available as a lightweight option for those who don't have much memory to spare.
Also, both mods are incompatible with each other so choose only one.
