PUT INTO 'MODS'

The Valkyrie is kind of disappointing.

Really any assault rifle that's in the 40-damage tier could be described as "disappointing".

This makes the Valkyrie not disappointing!

- Total ammo is decreased to 100 from 220
- Fire rate is increased to 900 from 896
- Damage is increased to 97 from 41
- Accuracy is increased to 76 from 56
- Stability is decreased to 48 from 64
- Concealment is decreased to 23 from 26
- Ammo pickup is decreased to 1/4 from 6.6/12.1

Mods were also changed:

- Prototype Barrel: -8 accuracy, +8 stability, +3 concealment
- Solid Stock: -40 total ammo, -200 fire rate, +60 damage, +12 accuracy, -12 stability, -3 concealment

This makes the VAL not only more realistic, but also more useful.
Now it's a 100-tier damage rifle - meaning lots of damage.
The solid stock makes the gun a DMR - since that's what VSS Vintorez, the gun the stock's based on, is.

This used to be part of AK Rifles rebalance, but I made it standalone to better focus that mod.
