This was an addition to the original mod, given the situation that the original mod is no longer exists, technically this is now the original.
What does this mod?
You are avaliable to use the pocket ECM device with some nice skills.
Level 1: Ups.. im hacking you
+Unlock and equip the POCKET ECM DEVICE
+20 % of movement when you walk or run.
Level 2: Helmet Popping
+Increased your head damage 25 %
Level 3: Undetected
+ 2+ concealment
+ 15 % less likely to be targeted when standing crouched
+ 100 % speed to interact and deploy ammo or healt
Level 4: Blending In
+ 1+ concelament
- 15 % of weight for your armor
+You gain 45 % more experience when you complete days and jobs
Level 5: ¡Cuidado, están aquí!
+You mark enemies for 5x longer
+Your chance to dodge is increased by 10 %
+You can now swap weapons 50 % faster
Level 6: Walk-in Closet
+Unlocks an armor bag equipment for you to use. The armor bag can be used to change your armor during a heist
+Increases your ammo pickup to 135 % of the normal rate
Level 7: Sleight of Hand
+You can now reload pistols 50 % faster
+You lockpick doors and deposit boxes 80 % quicker
+Gain 30 % of movement when you are crouched
Level 8: Fast And Furious
+You deal 5 % more damage. Does not apply to melee damage, throwables, grenade launchers or rocket launchers
Level 9: ¡Volvamos a la Medianoche!
+You can now loop relay cameras from 10 metres away
+You can now answer pagers 5 % faster
+You can now bag corpses 15 % faster
Note: You should not be flagged as cheater with this mod, but let me know if it is not so.
You can change the points cost of the skills in "skilltree"
