does exactly what the title says, gives them a black balaclava (or white)
(taser gore is now fixed, i exported the texture with mip maps and made the alpha channel not completly invisible)

doesnt change the medic, or any other unit aside from the shield as far as i know

Installation: Unzip and drop the "SWAT Black balaclava" or "SWAT White balaclava" file in your mod_overrides folder
